Shipping Policy

TrendCart currently ships to selected destinations, including the United Arab Emirates, United States and United Kingdom. Product availability and delivery options depend on the customer’s address and will be confirmed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, major sales or periods of high demand.

Shipping Costs

United Arab Emirates:

AED 25 shipping
Free shipping on orders of AED 200 or more

International:

AED 50 flat-rate shipping where available

The final shipping charge will always be displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery

United Arab Emirates: approximately 8–15 business days
International destinations: approximately 7–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, public holidays, carrier delays, severe weather and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Product Availability

Not every product can be delivered to every country. If no shipping option appears at checkout, that product is currently unavailable for the selected destination.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be emailed to the customer after the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take several days to appear.

Customs and Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless stated at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has begun processing.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at trendcartsupport26@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate the shipment with the supplier or delivery carrier.
